We scan 35mm slides and negatives to CD.
This gives you a back-up copy of your original plus the ability to view
your slides on your computer or television. Prices are:
- 50c for a scan
at 500 dpi (dots per inch) which gives as image size approx. 20 cm x
14 cm
- 75c for a scan
at 1000 dpi ( image approx. 40 cm x 28 cm)
- $1 for a scan
at 2000 dpi (image approx. 80 cm x 56 cm)
- $2 for a scan
at 4000 dpi (image approx. 160 cm x 112 cm)
Please note that we
do not make any alterations to the scans; if you feel any are necessary,
you are then able to make the changes yourself using the appropriate
software on your own computer.
As an extra,
costing $15, the scans can be made into a
slide show which can be viewed
on your PC and which you can control with a click of your mouse.
Alternatively, a DVD version of the slide show can be made and the
slides then viewed on
either
your computer or your television using your DVD player.
